Contract deductions. Fix it

Its been over 24hrs since you promised to call me back.
Your consultants made a mistake or there is since im getting a deduction of near 400 for a smart lite contract from october 2012 yet I don't have a fone and dont use the assigned number.
Please check and call me to resolve. There is a ticket raised. I need my account credited for all deductions on the rogue number since oct 2012. Note: only smart contract taken in oct was
For note ii which costs me around 600 monthly.
Please fix this matter.
