Please refer to the original complaint that I had sent on Wednesday, 03 April below. The response was that Tshepo will help me with the BBM problem and guide me on how to install WhatsApp on my device since its currently rejecting it, but I have not heard from anyone since then. I would urge you to attend to this matter urgently because its frustrating for me to have and pay for services I am not receiving and even worse not getting help and support from your side.

Original Complaint:

I have recently procured a contract with cell c last month with unlimited BBM inclusive in its plan. Ever since this I have not been able to connect with BBM until today. I escalated this problem with customer care and I was told that technicians are working on it. My query is for how long shall I wait for cell c to sort this matter out while I continue to pay for a service I'm not receiving? Secondly, why does cell c continue to sell a package they do not have yet and are not ready to deliver on it? Could you also explain to me why my BlackBerry Z10 cannot have WhatsApp installed in it?
