An email I have tried /retried sending to the CellC Head Office, after I left my "new" BB Z10 phone in the Randburg office, # (0843281232)

I confirm my telephonic conversation with Janelle Lottering, wherein I explained yet another unpleasant encounter with the Celc service and staff.

Your system will show when my contract started. To date, I have not had any feedback, training, offer to explain the BBZ10 phone to me at all.

I went to the Blackberry store at Vodacom in Midrand, and they told me that the data had not been connected.

I took the phone to the Randburg branch... the unfriendlyest branch in the country in my opinion... who were too ensconced in their own defensiveness to explain the real problem with the phone.

I left the phone with them and walked out of the store. Frankly, my attitude is, no service, no PAYMENT.

This contract has not been honored and I am not interested in putting up with the garbage.
I leave on a plane tomorrow night 3Apr & leave the Randburg area at about 11am tomorrow morning.

If Celc does not respond to their disgusting Customer Service, we will have a problem.
