Billed for a service I don't receive

I have not been using @lantic for more than 6 years, since they took over the Absa account. yet they have been deducting funds from my account since 2008, R 45 per month, this adds up to more than R 3000. i have never signed or agreed to any terms.
After I had stopped the debit order at the bank, they still deducted from my account.
I think this is unethical and borderline illegal is some respect.
The call centre was not very helpfull either.
I want my money back!
They use a service provider called voxcons to collect the funds, @lantic is nowhere mentioned in the transaction, only a reference number (R 283212) is metioned on the transaction.
