I applied for a contract with Dionysus Cellular. A few days later, I received my phone

1. I was unable to use the phone as the sim card was faulty, and at my own expense had to source a Nashua outlet to have it resolved, according to the call centre
2. I was hit with a major bill in February. I called the Nashua call centre to enquire, and all they could say is that they charged me for February upfront and at the end of the month. I wasn't happy with the explanation as I did not understand, but because I get frustrated at dealing with unclear people, I just paid
3. I then had a query last month, and was unable to get through to the Call Centre because I wasn't calling during their office hours (really? a cellular provider keeps hours?)
4. I am also never able to reach Dionysus
5. I then log a 'contact us' on the Nashua website, to which there was no attempt at responding
6. Today I receive my March bill, with a delivery charge of R60 when the Dionysus website clearly charges only R35
7. I still have not received the breakdown of my bill for February

I really think Nashua should change their motto. it should read "Nashua - costing you time, costing you money, putting us first"
