2 months for insurance claim - no feedback to me

Claimed for my i Pad from Vodacom insurance in February 2013.

Have had no feedback from Tarien - I have had to call each time only to get a different excuse each time.

Last call I was told they waiting for stock - but that was a week ago. Have had no feedback and becoming rather frustrated at this lack of response or anyone taking accountability. We are now more than 2 months down the road with no resolution of my claim.
