Bad Internet reception - 3G

One again Vodacom did not speak to me, but SMS'd me and referred me to a sales service provider to sell me a antenna valued at R1500.00 plus for 3G. I have a contract but no internet service so I pay for nothing. My NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOUR was assisted for a similar complaint???
