Paying for a service that I'm not getting. Bis

For two moths after I had my blackberry I am not allowed to download anything wether its free or I'm paying for it. I've contacted them and there response were that MTN is paying for a service that I am not using. I wanna know what the am I paying the R190 for.a service which they had promise too give me. If I had known that their service were this bad I would never had gone too them for a contract phone now I'm sitting with a fone that's off no proper use. I could have kept my nokia cause with that I could also get my emails .this thing is only usefull for a service that I use too get from Vodacom and my nokia. There aint words to discribe how appauld I feel from buying or taking a contractt at MTN.
