Cell C doesn't deliver on Promises

I received a phone call from a gentleman acknowledging that there is a problem and he even advised that Cell C will reimburse me for the two months back that I have been having these issues and that they are daily dispatching engineers to out to the client and he too has been experiencing these intermittent network errors. I am not interested in such a reimbursement, I want my Cell C contracts to be cancelled, point end of story.

I also spoke to Cecil who understood my dilemma and would write a recommendation.
