Tablet still not delivered from auto page

Good day
I have placed an order with your Auto Page ages back of a Mini IPad on Cell C contract online. Having been told to expect delivery in 24 working hours on your website (Please be aware that delivery may take up to 24 working hours for Major Centers), I was upset that my order was not delivered as promised.
Numerous telephone calls resulted in my being referred in succession to countless members (Pretty Blose), who were unable to help me or provide me with an updated delivery date. Only today when I demanded answers she then gave me the courier company responsible (Bright Point) and copy of emails sent to them.
I am disappointed because the service I have been receiving is unsatisfactory. I've been trying to contact Gert (Bright Point) on 0119288370 to help me regarding this issue myself as advised by Pretty seeing that Auto Page is failing to get me answers but unfortunately the phone is not answered. It seems that my complaint continue to be unresolved and neglected until this day.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding a resolution of this problem. I will be waiting for a resolution
