Poor customer service

Came into the store we inquired about tablets we were told that they do not have, not they were out of stock. I then asked if they do not sell them or they just did not have stock, the attitude we recieved from this guy was rude and it was liked we were wasting his time.i wanted to do an upgrade now I have decided to cancel my contract because it shows that I am not a valued customer and my service that I was proved for 2years has gone down the drain
