Cell C
In accurate info/ Bad service

I am highly frustrated with the service level and competency of the Cell C repair centre. After my last complaint on Hello Peter Cell C called to seek more info after explaining my ordeal; to them I have received nothing concrete and worth the wait. They merely sent me a bunch of pictures that could be anyone's phone, because if it was related to my phone and my complaint then they would have sent me the problematic area which was the scroller.

Cell C claimed that my phone had liquid damage but none of the pictures they sent me shows liquid damage on the scroller. It just shows "liquid damage on the other buttons" which I might add are working perfectly fine. Cell C just does not wanna take ownership of this incompetence or the demo product that they sent me and hence they just want to feed me garbage!!

What they are telling me is utter nonsense because they made me wait an extra week for nothing for their so-called investigations that are not conclusive. Plus the service and attitude of that Rep was horrific to say the least. She had the nerve to tell me"to come fetch my phone coz there is nothing they can do". Spoke with no remorse or empathy.

Cell C is just non-sense.
