Awesome Service!

I recently decided to move ADSL service provider after endless frustration with my previous ISP. Initially when I saw that OpenWeb customer services were only available during office hours, I had some reservations. However, if my e-mail correspondence with Dane is to be an indication of their continued customer service, all my fears will be unfounded! Whilst responding to one of their online specials, over the period of two days Dane answered my questions up to nearly 23h45 at one point! I registered with them late Friday morning, and before the end of the day I had login details. When I got home from work, the account was active! For the first time this past weekend I experienced what a 2Mbit ADSL line should feel like! You keep it up, OpenWeb!
