Still awaiting account correction

When I started working & my contract was due for an upgrade in Sept 2011, my mother & I went into one of the stores with all documents needed to transfer the account from her name to mine. I assumed everything had been done correctly as I had been receiving all statements & the monthly fee was debited from my bank account. I called the Cell C call centre a few months later with an account enquiry but was told that I was not the account holder & needed to get my mother's permission to make the enquiry. I had my account details changed once again. I was assured everything had been changed. I called again in Nov 2012 with another enquiry & yet again was told that I cannot do this without my mother's permission. So again I resubmitted all the documents to have the account transferred to my name & after 3 days it was finally done!
Now I am moving overseas & need to cancel my account. I called 8 Jan 2013 & was told that I have 12 months remaining of my contract as it was started in Dec 2011. This is absolute rubbish as I started the contract in Sept 2011. I have requested that this error be corrected. I followed up on 11 Jan - still nothing. And again today 14 Jan. How long do I wait???
