POOR SERVICE!

I have always considered MTN's service to be average in comparison with any other service provider in South Africa, nothing more, nothing less. That is, until I was due for an upgrade. This whole morning has been a continuous struggle in getting answers or options out of MTN. I looked through the deals on their website, none of them suited my requirements, I then made 3 phone calls. The first 1 led me to a consultant who, after a number of prompts repeatedly requested the I "hold". After the third time asking me to hold, she told me that the systems are "very slow" and that she has "no clue if the Blackberry Z10 is on the top up 100". The second and third phone calls led me to the answer "no", but neither consultant could offer me any other options. I then emailed Webmastermtnsp and got an automated response which was of absolute NO assistance to me. Then I emailed MTN's Blackberry support team and the response was that I will be getting a response in 24 hours. To say the least, I am not impressed AT ALL and depending on their response to this complaint or the one I submitted on their website, I will be changing service providers without hesitation.
