New phone repeated repairs, damaged during repai

After receiving my new Nokia phone from Menlyn Autopage last year, it never worked properly, mainly calls not coming through. 1st attempt to have it fixed at Menlyn, left me with the consultant fiddling with a few buttons and handing it back, second attempt at Brooklyn (phone documented as being in excellent condition) left me with a phone with a battery that wasn't charging, after receiving it back the 2nd time - never having received a call that it had been fix, the writing on some of the buttons was scratched off, as well as other scratch marks. During the extended periods of this new phone being in for repairs, I had no choice but to use my old BlackBerry, having to incur additional costs for the BB services.

I contacted Autopage with me grievances, they are requesting me to book it in again for "repairs", my time and cost to me not being considered.

Hoping to get some sort of customer service for a service I am paying, having received a new phone, not having the joys of it though?
