My cellphone was booked in for repairs on 15 Dec 2012 and nearly three months later, and countless follow-ups, I still don't have it back. Cell C repairs and the Boulders branch don't seem to know where my phone is. It appears that my phone was booked in using incorrect client details because when I call to enquire about the progress of the repairs, with what was recorded on the tracking slip to be my IMEI number (358033049997371), I am told that the phone with those details belongs to a Brian somebody. Utter incompetence from start to finish. Cell C needs to tell me before the end of today, (Thu, 14 March 2013) how soon they will replace my seeminly lost phone with a brand new one.
