PATHETIC SERVICE FROM NASHUA MOBILE... Part 2

This is an still unresolved complaint dating back to early December 2012. There has been no progress on this dreaded issues and there seem to be no response from Nashua Mobile. I had two monthly spikes in my NB account over a 24 month period and I have been debited with more than 300 mbdata per month from MTN. All I'm using is pushed emails... this account is under investigation for more that a month now and there is just no progress. I had been told in writing on 27 December 2102 that download info has been requested from MTN... today, 14 January 2013, there is still no response despite being said it will take up to 5 days... Promises to send an agent to check my device also did not materialise...
This account has since be closed due to an upgrade to Vodacom. I feel NB owe me an explanation and I am saying again that their service in this regards has been PATHETIC... You just don't know what customer service is and the way you investigate problems is useless. I cannot recommend you to any potential client and am on the verge of sharing this saga with Stellenbsoch University to ask them to terminate any deals or potential deals they might have with NB as soon as possible
