Earlier this month a Cell C agent called me to get a new contrack and was later agreed on the 16gig Iphone 5 well firstly i ask that he joined my account with my nasua mobile account so that i have 1 debt order and one statement he said is all good i asked him several times for this and he quoted that i asked this alot he said he will call me back in the day and it did not happen. then i found out that this cant be done he also promised that they will be delivering my Iphone the 11th or 12th and that they will only be getting stock the 7th/8th that did happen becoz my friend got hers on monday well now after all this time they out of stock AGAIN after all this promises and now they say they have a back-load and that my application is still in process
K what is going on if i go to a shop its 30min and im done with my new phone but now im already waiting longer that i have been promised? and even my friends is complaining about Cell C's service i called today and guess what a guy answered kept me on the line for 10min and just played with his mic not talking to me at all
