A while ago First National Bank contacted me with a deal they have on data bundles. It all sounded good so I accepted not even asking who the service provider is. Last week Thursday they delivered the card and I was horrified that it was via cell c. I decided to make the best off a bad situation and called to have the card activated (084145 option 3). I held on for 12 minutes and put the phone down. I then send an email to [Email Removed] and they haven't bothered getting back to me. I called back just now and held on for 10 minutes without success. I then called back and chose option 1 (sales) and the call was answered in 33 seconds. My contract hasn't even started and already I have problems. I hope it is very clear now why I never wanted to deal with cell c in the first place.
