On Monday I phoned Autopage and spoke to a guy name Eric, he told me that the sms that i recieved about my account not paid... that I can just ignore it, because The Payment went through on 28 February on My Capitec Bank account number. Today I recieved another sms, and then my phone where shutdown. They have only call centres from 08:00 to 17:00 witch is rediculous. what if i have a problem 12:00 at night, who is going to help me like now. I need my phone switch back on imidiatly!!! It is not my problem they neclect to do their job, their has been money in that account from the 25th of February until today, and still they have excuses. If I am going get this problem everymonth I will drag the whole company to lawyers...
The Eric guy that I spoke to on Monday the 4th of March even double checked my banking details. So tell me you have my correct details, on my statement nothing appears that you even tried to deduced the money. DO YOUR JOB!!! And stop shuting peoples phones of, because you have an idiate working with our accounts, that doesnt understand to do. Get someone with brains to do the stupid job...
