How is it possible. I have add on facilities like My Alert My limit Balace nofification e-mail and Balance noticication sms on my account that I pay for every month and I was not alerted about my balace. Until I recieved a nasty supprice on my invoice. For What amI paying this services

Can wait to cancell my contracts with. 1st one in April. This big one must wait a year so sad.
