Contract cancelled 4 times: still getting billed!

I have cancelled my contract four separate times, I have been countlessly promised by incompetent staff that the contract is indeed cancelled, then only to receive another bill! I find this unacceptable and have never received such terrible service! To be billed for a service that I am not even receiving is and Virgin has continually broken promises! This contract was closed for other reasons but they have shown themselves to be useless and liars.
