No feedback on query re excessive account

I logged a query on 6 January 2013 for the excessive billing account I received in December 2012. I requested a detailed statement from Lebogang, which she sent me, but the detail on there is not sufficient. I then requested more detail as I cannot see on the statement what the amounts were for. The reference number is #6113806 and to date I have not received any further feedback or reply from you.

Can someone please give this urgent attention and get into contact with me. My account have been consistent - why this excessive account?
