To Cell C, Tuesday Nishen / Vishen gave me a call and I explained the issues with him, Thank you for his assistance and understanding but still no one has come back to me with a solution. As per the email that shows data usage, I was shocked to see that I have been billed a ridiculous amount for emails received. I don't open attachments but only read the body of the email but yet Cell C Call centre assured me that I don't get billed for receiving emails only if I send. I asked again are you sure and she advised very sure and your phone calls are recorded. This is false advertising. Had I known you get billed R45.00 odd rand when an email comes through I would not have gone for the Samsung route.
I am not very happy and if I don't complain this gets forgotten. I emailed Ayanda Last week Friday and advised I am well within my rights to return the phones and she must please have them picked up. But no one replies to my emails or calls. Can this please get sorted out or will it take another 7 months.
