Just want to share with everyone that Neotel has impressed me with their service and great attitude!! One of our handsets we use in the office gave problems, within a few hours of contacting them I got an email from Jerome stating he will sort out my problem for me with pleasure. Took the phone in today and got exchanged for a new one as the old one had speaker problems. If everyone in SA could have an attitude like you Jerome we could change things around, sincerely thank you!!!
