No Service in middle of Sandton and other areas

Good day,

I write this message because I have exhausted the amount of times one human being can call your call centre.

I purchased an iPhone 5 (ported from Vodacom to Cell C) about a month ago. When I first got the phone the first week or so I battled with signal (especially data) but thought that this may just be part of the "porting".

However the problem still persists. The MAJOR problem is that I moved jobs on 1 February and (the building my new Company is housed in is The Place on 1 Sandton Drive) and within the realms of the entire building I have intermittent signal and virtually no data. I often get an sms saying I have missed calls due to the fact I sit for long periods without signal. Every single person around me in my office has NO problem with signal at all - ONLY ME.

So upon realising I had signal issues I called your call centre - this is now over 3 weeks ago. I raised my issues and was given the following ref number 1740093

I have spoken to SO MANY people and explained my story repeatedly but NO ONE ever gets back to me. I have spoken to a Pindile, a Hlengiwe, a Samonay and recently a supervisor in Technical named Mohammed.

NOTHING DONE - PLEASE HELP
