Bad Customer service once again

Ordered upgrade from Nashua Mobile Head Office as I had problems the previous time ordering from a branch. I ordered it 12 February '13 and I am still waiting! Since Monday 18/2 they have been saying every single day tomorrow, tomorrow, it will be delivered to their branch by a courier. They don't follow up properly, so I decided to call and query this, Roelien just phoned the branch manager who apparently followed up and then she got the same response, they said it will be delivered either the afternoon (which was Friday 22/2) or Monday morning. Still no phone and no response from customer service or the Shop. This is getting ridiculousness as I was advised on the 12 Feb it should take 2-5 working days. I was very patient but now I am livid as they have been wasting my time and money. What is the point to try and follow up when you only get attitude and asked to wait till they contact you when it never arrives, this is absolutely unacceptable service.
