Corporate ADSL line down for almost 2 weeks!!

We are a large multinational company. We logged a fault on our ADSL line on 13 Feb. A techician was despatched on 18 Feb (5 days later), but did not fix the problem. I called Telkom again on 19 Feb to let them know that the issue was not resolved.

After many phone calls a different technician was eventually sent on 22 Feb (3 days later). He also could not find the problem and left the site, promising to return at 14:00. He did not return.

It is now 12 days since the fault was logged. Telkom is simply not interested.

If this is how large corporates are treated, imagine what residential customers have to put up with.

Poor service deluxe.
