Excellent customer service

What really stands out is their customer service in an age where it seems to be forgotten too easily. From when i signed up with them the service was direct and efficient. They also provide great extras like giving me 5GB just because they value their customers (by the way, 5GB is almost 90% of my monthly cap!)
