Called me to resolve issue

I was trying to configure my roaming WiFi from my hotel room last week. After logging the call via e-mail I got a password but it had a stray character in it. I tried to login a few times but got errors. Afrihost then phones me on my cellphone to say they could see I was having problems. They helped me through the process of getting the password right and I was connected. I really did not expect some to just phone me to resolve it. Definately exceeded my expectations!
