I had to do a database restore today and I phoned in as I could not log in from my side. I was assisted by Nicole both times and both time I received the best service a person could ask for. I am really impressed with the quality of service I received. Although she did not know all the answers she was upfront about it and instead of brushing me off she found out. The fact that she was so helpful and friendly really brightened by day. Thank you for you great service today Nicole and thank you Web Africa for being one of the best in the biz. (I would say THE best if it wasn't for the VPS problem i had a while back.) but for the rest of the stuff you guys are the best and have the best solutions.
