Massive thanks to Craig for nullifying the venue fee for our wedding day. However poor service that we received from their Wedding Coordinator does not compare. Craig undertook to investigate on 20/05/2013; however to date we have not received any feedback, despite our follow-up attempts.
This was sent to Craig:
On more than 3/4 occasions she wanted to know why the venue hire fee is not applicable to our wedding and only after I've forwarded the e-mail correspondence between myself and Kristin confirming same, she stopped asking why. I've indicated that I'm only available during weekends in order to do the sampling/tasting of the menu, due to the fact that I work in Cape Town; however Nicole was unable to accommodate me accordingly. As such the tasting never occurred, due to the fact that time was running out. Of further concern is the fact that we've only requested 2 starters and 2 main dishes; however on our wedding day Nicole found it fit to harass me with an incorrect menu therefore we paid for things we never we never wanted. On a few occasions she requested me to re-send docs which was sent to her months ago. On our wedding day Nicole asked fresh flowers from Ingrid.
