No response on complaints and queries

I was promised that someone will call me to solve my queries, and I'm still waiting since the 15th of February.
Obviously Cell C doesn't care aboutheir customers! You are useless! I will be sure to get my contract moved, as well as my mother's. I will also make sure that I tell everyone how ueless Cell C is wherever I go!
