Don't Pay MTN they will suspend your lines

I work for a small company, as we where waiting for a big job to come trough the boss notified us that we might get paid a day or 2 later, which was all good and fine since i had a buck or two left in the piggy bank. so now knowing that my debit orders will most probably bounce i decided to EFT them all upfront... MTN being one of them... so some typing and a few mouse click further and i have Transferred R1400 to them my monthly account is roughly R1327.00 wasn't sure so i paid more. all great no calls nasty sms's so i don't expect a thing to be wrong, right? WRONG a week later all my phones got cut off . after phoning and holding which seemed like forever the lady finally agreed to switch it on. All cool? nope.. next day still no lines... kept on phone and so forth having them promise that they turn it on which eventually happened after 3 days.. so much for a 2 to 24 hour turn around time. anyhow so phones on bit off but i can live with it. just to wake up to an SOS sign Yesterday morning. You guessed it, your phone has been suspended. Again! Seriously... what is going on with MTN? my account is paid, in full and on time. ( Phone still off at time of posting)
