Nashua Mobile Call centre: cannot cancel service

Phoning the call centre and following the voice prompts to "cancel data and voice services" you get to an operator. Upon hearing that you want to cancel a service they put you through to "client services", for which you are kept on hold endlessly. This is completely unacceptable!
