No service with cell c!!

I'm trying to get someone to fix my phone, i cant connect to facebook, use bbm, connect to my app world and cant setup a email on my phone. it only give me a option for enterprise email and i dont have one, my bis is alsobut stil dont work, everytime i speak to someone from cellc they say they will get back to me or the phone will work in 24 hours but it dont work, and they never get back to me! its been 5 months now, and i only got this phone for 7 months. they can phone u very urgent when no payments are made on the contract account but when u need there service u never here from them!
