Altech Autopage Cellular (Head Office - Midrand). These company and its employees are in experienced and lack custome care starting from Management level. My problem started on 30 May 2012 up until now. I Tried to complaint on Hello Peter's website and after that i received a call from a guy by the name of Jason (Client Liason Officer) at Altech. These people keep on suspending my account. According to them my account is in arrers. On 11.01.2013 - i received an sms notification informing me that my account is handed to over for legal action to be taken against me. I phoned that Jason to double check my account because i know for a fact that i'm paying these account everymonth. He checked and apologies, i then requested him to send me a letter stating that my account is up do date and i don't owe altech a a penny. He promised that i will receive a letter in a weeks time. To date - I would like to inform you that my account is suspended yesterday (14.02.2012). I'm so tired of these service i've been receiving from Altech. I'm hoping and praying that these company could be closed down permanently because all they did to me and other fellow south african's is tocause pain into our lives.
