Refuse to book blackberry in for repairs

I went to the store on 10/02/12 to book my blackberry in for repairs and was approached by Kareece. I told her that the contract is on my husband s name and before i could explain to her she said that she cannot help me and refused to even listen to me or try and contact my husband all she said is that she cannot help me. She even laughed on my face and rolled her eyes when i said that i will report her. I emailed the store 12/02/12 and complained to the manger about her behaviour. He said he will contact my husband for permission to book my phone in. It is now afer 12pm and my husband nor I have received any contact from the manager. My phone will soon be out of warranty and i will be liable for the costs which is unacceptable
