8ta Says No Loan Phones, Shocking!!!

I recently purchased a Blackberry 9320 in December 2012 from 8ta. It worked perfectly till 2 Feb 2013. The buttons refuse to work at times. Most of us use our Blackberry devices for work and social purposes. I went into the 8ta store in Pmburg where I enquired about getting my phone repaired. I was not surprised at the turn around time for repairs which are 21 days but what shocked me was they did not offer loan phones. I wish this was discussed with me before I had taken out the contract. This is disgusting
