TIRED OF WAITING FOR SERVICE!!!

I gave my bb 9360 in for repairs at highveld mall witbank, as i got insurance. Its now been over 5 weeks and i
still havn't received my phone back. Talked to the people at the branch also with the manager got no assistance they only said they sent it in and somehow they cant trace the phone. So i got tired of phoning every day and getting no reply on whats going on then i phoned head office the person told me that she will contact me that same day at 12:30 never happened then i got really inpatient so i wrote on altech autopage's facebook wall they were quick to call back and said they will mark it priority and get back to me this was on tuesday. Its already thursday and still no assistance or any answers. Never in my life have i experienced such poor poor poor service! Im done waiting and being patient i want my phone back TODAY!!!
