Afrihost has poor Support

I joined afrihost late last year with their mobile data special. Honestly I was originally blown away by their service and support users... Until I fell for their sales trap and bragged about their service and offerings - and convinced my wife to sign up. She had made a mistake with her bank account details and within 2 days received a message that they could not pull a DO. She immediately submitted her correct bank details via email support and paid via EFT. We called several times trying to get through to their support to confirm that all was ok. I finally got through later yesterday afternoon and spoke to Derrick. What a rude. Not prepared to listen to my queries, and later talking down to me that I needed to be educated with regard to finance. I asked him who does he think he is, what qualifies him to say this? His answer: "I'm a politician " "I'm a funny man".
Afrihost - you're company and brand is only as strong as your weakest link.

You have some great products, but I'm not sure I'm interested in dealing with this type of service. He claimed he was a senior member (someone who has been there for over five years).
