Adsl from telkom has gone from great to awfull

My Adsl line was great for several years but as of late last year it barely functions! Cant even stream a simple youtube video clip in low resolution anymore.
Forget trying the call center I have literaly fallen asleep while listening to the recorded message telling me they are aware of my call (which means they are ignoring me on purpose?)
This company now just and provides zero service... Hero to ZERO in just a few months!
