Kullaville Unlawful Deceitful Billing

After buying R30 airtime yesterday, I discovered that my airtime just disappeared and upon enquiring with MTN I was told that I am subscribed to a company called MIRA Networks, they asked me to cancel it if I wish to, to which I accepted, Upon calling MIRA, I was told it is Kullaville that has been billing me. I complained that I NEVER made a subscription to them and I want my money refunded.

I remember getting smses from them but I never responded to any of them, I always ignored and deleted them, so why on earth am I being billed? I don't even know anything about this Kullaville, I am quiet irate as I write this, upon going to their website I found no contact details and just googled their name, and thank I ended up here.
