Still haven't received my contract upgrade

I upgraded my existing Nashua contract almost one month ago. I was happy when told that I would be able to receive my phone before the new contract started. However, the stock which supposedly would take a few days took ages to arrive. It seemed that no one even knew where it was, I must have gone in to the store over ten times and called more than that. They said they would investigate, not once did I receive a call from them. Three days after my new contract officially started. I once again had to go into the store, no one called. They finally discover that there was some error in the system and my phone was stuck somewhere, it took them a month to discover this. I still don't have my phone, nor a sim for my new contract. I have lost faith in this company.
