Refusing to honour blackberry 2 year warranty!!!

My phone has packed up and 8ta has refused to help me, they say I have to pay for the phone to be repaired, a phone I bought in November 2011!
They claim that there is only a 1 year warranty on the bold 9900, where as Blackberry themselves have all stated 2 years!
8ta refuses to help me at all!
I am now stuck without a phone all because 8ta refuses to do their job!!!
