Great service/ Great attitude... still Smiling

I called into the TMobile call centre a couple of times for different reasons and was assisted by these 3young gentlemen, Sandile, Lucky and Sphiwe and all three of them were exceptional. They were eager to assit me, even though in some cases they couldnt assist me telephonically and I had to go into the branch I still hung up the phone with a smile on my face. I've had a horrible experience with Tmobile but these three guys made up for all of that, these are the kind of people we want Tmobile to keep... if I could i'd give them a raise myself.
