RMCS
In a contract which I never signed or agreed to

I have recently find out that RMCS signed me in 49 rand air time contract something I have never requested and I have found that is given to people who have edcon accounts and last time I had that account was in 2007 and I have never signed up for this contract or requested it. I have phoned vodacom secveral times to help me with BIS, BBM, whatsapp, browsing and I was told that they can't help me because rmcs blocked them because I am contracted to them I was suprised because I dnt have contract with any company I called them on saturday to ask them to cancell it Delani asked me if I have jet or edgards account and I told him I don't and the last time I had that it was 2007 I asked him how my number was choosen he did nt know. I want them to cancel this and remove me from their database and make sure that I access my bbm, whatsapp, browsing etc because vodacom can't assist me if they are in charge I was told that they are problems by vodacom staff
