BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I have a business in Discovery, Roodepoort. We have a telkom landline and internet package. One and half days ago the line and internet has just gone dead the bill is up to date and we owe nothing ..our business gets 50%. Of Its sales from the telephone and email of which we had none since yesterday morning. When we call and logged the fault they said that technician will be out shortly. But still no service. When we called backed the customer service just told us that they will come when they come. If this is the service we are getting then its time we give NEOTEL a chance.
