This is the third complaint that I am writing against Nxatel. We've been in numerous conversations, this time Uvesh came to see us and he mad a host of promised, this was on 22 Wednesday. We asked him for a new proposal since we refused to sign, which is clearly a phony and illegal contract and also the quality of service we received has been exceedingly poor.
Oh he was full of mouth, smooth talk all round and said by Thursday morning (23rd) he would have a new proposal and he will get us the amounts that we were incorrectly debited for credited to our account,
Since that meeting he didn't give us any proposal, except, this morning they took more money out of our account, without our permission, we told them clearly, we will not pay nor sign any debit order until we are satisfied, an ultimatum which they've agreed to on numerous occasions.
So now our money is illegally being taken out of our account by a phony company who employs nothing but smooth talkers.
Want to make "us smile"? Fire all your staff, hire people who can do what they say and start giving us the service which we are paying for. If not, forever good buy Nxatel, we will make sure to warn everyone we know about you!
